DESCRIPTION:Artists of the Wall is just a month away which means it’s time to prep for the event!\nWe’re looking for volunteers to help scrape and prep the mural wall on Friday, May 29 from 3:00–6:00pm at Loyola Park. This is the first big step in getting the wall ready for hundreds of artists and neighbors to transform it during Artists of the Wall weekend.\nNo experience necessary — just wear clothes you don’t mind getting messy and come ready to help out for however long you can. We’ll have supplies, music, and lots of appreciation for everyone pitching in.\nThis is a great low-key way to meet people, spend time by the lake, and help make one of Rogers Park’s most beloved community events happen.\nFeel free to invite friends, family, or anyone who loves community art and parks.\n Sign up to volunteer and help us get the wall ready for a fresh year of art!\n
