Artists of the Wall Registration

Our theme this year is: All Together Now
Painting will take place over 2 days.

Registration will take place online. 150 Spaces will be released as follows:
May 1st: 8:00am 50 spaces to paint
May 3rd: 8:00am 50 spaces to paint
May 5th: 8:00am- 5:00pm (Lottery)

We will be conducting a lottery of spaces on the third day to ensure fair access to the festival. We’ll open the lottery from 9AM-5PM on May 5. Only one lottery entry will be allowed per family. Fifty participants will be chosen and notified that they have been selected and will need to pay within 48 hours of receipt of their notification. After the 48 hours is up, we’ll head to the next entries.

Registration costs are $35 per spot and $8 for paint.

  • I understand that all work created in conjunction with the Artists of the Wall Festival may be photographed and documented for use by the Loyola Park Advisory Council and the Chicago Park District and that these photographs may be used for future promotional purposes by LPAC and CPD.
  • Artists must register in person and start painting by Noon on Saturday, June 20 or your space will be forfeited. Your mural should be in progress and painting started by Noon. There will be no refunds given on forfeited spaces. You must contact loyolaparkac@gmail.com with any special requests.
  • Only one space is allowed per family/group to allow more people to participate in the fest. Please refrain from special requests to be next to a specific person. If two people agree to trade spaces in person at the festival, it is up to you to notify Registration of the change. Prizes will be awarded to the name we have recorded to the space.
  • Spaces vary in shape, size, and location and are assigned randomly. Unless another participant agrees to trade spaces, the volunteers running the event will not exchange spaces.
  •
